Employees of Insight’s German branch expressed the wish to improve their confidence and competency when communicating in English in the business world. To meet this need, the company sought out professional, efficient language training for Business English. Flexibility and support during the learning process were the most important criteria.

Why Babbel?
Babbel’s blended learning solution was the right fit: Using their own individual language levels as a starting point, employees were able to choose suitable lessons in the Babbel app and practice independently. During the 1:1 video lessons with Babbel Intensive, they could then ask questions, address certain topics in-depth and improve their spoken fluency with certified instructors.
In internal live sessions between English- and German-speaking employees, learners were able to use their new language abilities in a direct, immediate practical context. “Babbel is great, and makes total sense,” Himmelreich explains.
